He has founded and sold numerous successful ventures including Smart Start, now the nation and the world’s largest breath-alcohol, ignition-interlock company. Rodgers was the visionary for and co-founder of Biz Owners Ed, a nonprofit organization that provides an entrepreneurial program and community for business owners seeking knowledge, advice, and tools to take the next leap forward in their businesses. He and his wife, Bettye, have homes in Fort Worth and Flower Mound, Texas, where he mentors small-business owners.
